I am not sure that lent is something that needs getting into, in that it just is whether we feel like it or not. When you have need, a question, a doubt, some confusion, or frustration why are you not asking Jesus? He is just as knowledgeable about your job as he is our justification. He is just as well read about your personal relationships as he is your personal salvation. Why are you taking financial advice from a random YouTube influencer? Why are you listening to the limited wisdom of this world and what it says is true, good and right when the One who truly is true, good and right is immediately available to you and he knows you through and through? Why not ask him, and then wait for his answer?
