You may have many things that you would like to change about yourself. Lose weight, be a kinder gentler person, stop addictive or compulsive behavior, be more at ease, exercise more or whatever it is that you like to change, whatever it is you know you need to change. It will not change without a staggering amount of effort, pain and multiple attempts. Changing a long-established habit in the human being is one of the most difficult tasks to attempt. Will power fades when you are tired. Distractions take you off course, self talk – talks you out of the change. Craving, temptations, weakness, fatigue and let’s not forget that devil knows your buttons and your go to comforts. You don’t have a change on your own.
